Neighborhood Challenge: Southwood
June 1 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Stuck with unsold garage sale items? Goodwill is here to help! Bring your leftover, gently used items to the Southwood Clubhouse at 5000 Tipperary Trail. Goodwill will pick up the donations on Monday June 1st from 1PM to 4PM, or until the truck is full. By donating, you’ll help keep reusable and recyclable materials out of the landfill and fund Goodwill’s life-changing employment services and programs.
What to bring: Goodwill accepts almost any usable item in your home, including clothing, electronics and home goods. For a more comprehensive list of accepted donations, visit https://lincolngoodwill.org/donate/what-to-donate/
This donation drive is part of Goodwill’s 2026 Neighborhood Challenge series. Participating neighborhood associations receive a free donation pickup after garage sales or clean up events. At the end of the year, the three associations that collect the highest weight of donations exceeding 2,000 pounds will receive a cash prize to improve their neighborhood.
