- Donate clothing, stuffed animals, towels, linens, shoes, belts, purses, hats, and books that may be stained, ripped, have missing or broken pieces or have other minor damage.
- Place these items in bags or boxes and label them “RECYCLE”
- Donate them to Goodwill and we’ll keep them out of the landfill by finding alternative uses for them!
When you donate items that Goodwill is unable to re-sell to support our mission, we work to keep them out of the landfill by finding alternative uses for them. For a full list of items that Goodwill can accept, please click here.
Stuffed animals are broken down and reused as carpet padding!
Bed sheets, towels and t-shirts are sold by the pound to businesses and individuals that use them as rags for cleaning purposes!

Dell Reconnect Program
Goodwill is proud to announce its partnership with Dell for our new Reconnect program. Reconnect is a residential computer recycling program that offers you an easy, convenient and responsible way to recycle your used computer equipment. You can drop off any brand of used equipment at any one of our Goodwill donation centers. It's free, and you'll get a receipt for tax purposes. What's more, you'll be helping protect the environment and benefiting your community at the same time.
