Once the application is completed all applicants are invited to attend a group interview which includes counting change (see Change Counting for more details). Please plan accordingly, the interview is open to the first 10 applicants who arrive and may last up to 2 hours.
Applicants for Administrative positions will be contacted for further instructions.
Lincoln group interviews are held on Mondays at 3 pm and Wednesdays at 10 am at 2100 Judson Street, Lincoln, NE.
York group interviews are held each Thursday at 2:30 pm at 512 N. Grant Avenue, York, NE.
All retail applicants must demonstrate change counting skills during an interview. If you are looking to improve your skills please attend one of Goodwill’s change counting classes. All newly hired employees will attend Goodwill Academy, a four-week training program for new hires. Hours are 12-5 pm or 5:30-8:30 pm for the first three days. The rest of the four-week training schedule will be individually assigned, evenings and weekends included. Upon completion of Retail Academy more specific information will be provided.
